Graduated with degree in Accounting from University of Malaya and started his career as Audit Junior in a firm of Chartered Accountants in Kuala Lumpur in 1992 and grow to the position as Audit Manager in the same firm before started his own practice in Puchong, Selangor in the year 2000.
He has vast experience in audit, tax and corporate advisory matters. He is also a certified HRDF trainer and holds a diploma in International Taxation from International Tax Centre Leiden, Netherlands.
Now the practice under the branding “NK” has gowned to 45 workforce with HQ in Puchong with branch office in Ipoh providing full financial services in the area of financial audit, taxation, corporate secretarial and business advisory.
Over the period, NK has built its branding as boutique firm of Chartered Accountants providing dedicated solutions to SME sectors and at the same time provide high level services expected for reporting by many multi-national companies operating in Malaysia.
Having experience the limitation in accessing documents and information during Covid-19 pandemic, NK is undertaking an initiative to assist clients to migrate to cloud solutions in line with governments plan to promote digitalisation as way to move forward for MSMEs.
Mr. N. Krishnan is the founder of NK, bringing over 30 years of experience in Audit, Tax, and Advisory. Before establishing NK, he spent more than eight years at an audit firm, handling multiple sectors and industries, including companies preparing for public listings.
Over the years, he has built NK into a boutique Chartered Accountancy firm, delivering dedicated solutions to SMEs while meeting the high-level reporting standards required by multinational companies operating in Malaysia. Committed to innovation, he has played a pivotal role in integrating cloud-based solutions to streamline NK operation and developed solutions for MSMEs for their digital transformation journey, enabling them to remain competitive in an evolving business landscape.
