Mr. M. Jyakumaran is a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants and a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), UK. He is also an approved company auditor and a licensed tax agent.
With over 40 years of extensive experience spanning both professional and commercial sectors, Mr. Jyakumaran has developed deep expertise in corporate finance, auditing and taxation. In the past he has served in a institution specialising in provision of hire purchase and leasing services. Before establishing his public practice, he held the role of Finance Manager at a leading pharmaceutical firm engaged in the import, export and distribution of pharmaceutical products both in Malaysia and internationally.
His diverse portfolio of audit engagements includes businesses in manufacturing, wholesale, retail, property development, construction and the food and beverage industry. Additionally, he also provides specialised tax and business advisory services, offering strategic insights that drive financial growth and compliance.
