Priya is a Fellow Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and holds a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA). With over 20 years of experience across external audit, transaction services, internal audit, and risk management, she has built a strong reputation for providing insightful guidance to both private and public sector clients.
Priya began her career as an auditor at a top-tier chartered accountancy firm in Kuala Lumpur, where she spent five years in the audit and assurance department. During this time, she worked with a diverse portfolio of public-listed companies in industries such as manufacturing, oil and gas, information technology, and hospitality. She later transitioned into the firm’s consultancy division, where she specialized in financial due diligence, forensic audits, and corporate advisory. Following this, Priya spent nine years in the Internal Audit and Risk Management Department of a public-listed company, further developing her expertise in corporate governance and risk mitigation.
With extensive experience, Priya is well-equipped to head the audit department at NK while delivering strategic financial advice that helps clients navigate business challenges and compliance.
